摘　　要：素质教育是当代高等教育改革的重要内容,图书馆是传播人文知识、科学知识的重要阵地,图书馆在素质教育中有不可替代的作用,图书馆可以为学生获取知识提供广阔的空间和手段,能够发挥丰富多彩的教育功能,为学生的全面发展创造条件。Quality-oriented education is a kind of education form which every country in the world pays attention to generally at present, and how to make the university tum into a main battle field of quality-oriented education, receives much concern. This text analyzes the positive function from three respects, and proposes several helpful probing points in the quality-oriented educational service of the university library.
