摘　　要：Some experts predict that in 2004 85% producing and manufacturing Enterprises in China will be directly or indirectly influenced by the enforcement of standard SA8000. In this year the standard SA8000 that was announced in January 1998 will be one of the biggest trade barriers that the domestic export enterprises have to be faced. What is surprising is that in shanghai there is no enterprise that has been approved by SA8000.
