摘 要:在缸内,喷射燃油将与环境因素发生一系列复杂的物理作用 。通过建立喷嘴流、射流破裂、油滴破裂、燃油蒸发、油壁碰撞、油滴相互碰撞、油滴阻力、湍流与油滴相互作用等大量模型并集成为多维模型,实现了对缸内喷射对象的雾化过程模拟,得出了缸内的蒸发规律、油在缸内的分布规律等参数,是内燃机燃烧过程仿真分析的重要组成部分。实践表明:仿真结果存在一定误差,但所反映的各物理参数对内燃机性能的影响规律是准确的。In cylinder, spray fuel has a serial physical interactions with circumstance. Through building and integrating nozzle flow, jet breackup, drop breackup, fuel vaporization, dorplet drag & distortion, turbulence & drop dispersion, wall film, drop collision & coalescence, in addition to spray/wall model, the multidemensional modeling simulation to the injection process of direct-injection engine was done. The simulations, from which evaporization and distrbution laws of in-cylinder fuel etc. are drawn, are an imporant part of combustion simulation analysis. The experiments have shown that the platform could accurately simulate spray process and effects of physical factors, though there are some tolerences agreed with different operating conditions while simulating.
