中国肿瘤登记情况调查结果初步分析

摘　　要：经全国肿瘤登记中心调查:截至到2002年10月,我国大陆31个省(自治区、直辖市)中有20个开展了肿瘤登记工作,覆盖人口计7527万,面积12.93万平方公里,分别占全国5.96%和1.38%。全国现有肿瘤登记处48个,93.8%采用医院住院病历资料,81.2%采用门诊资料,89.6%采用病理报告资料,91.7%采用死亡证明书资料;100%肿瘤登记处有专业技术人员;80%采用国际疾病分类系统(ICD鄄9或ICD鄄10)进行疾病分类;75%使用计算机进行资料储存、统计分析和管理;90%以上肿瘤登记资料用于年度报告或其它应用;70%收集和保存资料在10年以上。但开展肿瘤登记范围不大、分布不均、部分登记质量完整性差,缺乏必要的质量控制、缺乏必备及稳定的经费等支撑条件、肿瘤登记资料未充分开发利用。需进一步扩大肿瘤登记覆盖面,加强培训,进一步规范和完善我国肿瘤登记报告制度。As the results of investigation made by the National Center for Cancer Registries, up to Oct. 2002,twenty of 31 provinces(autonomous region, municipality)in the mainland of China had developed the cancer registration, it covered with 75.27 million population and 129.3 thousands square kilometers area,accounted for 5.96% and 1.38% in whole country respectively.There were 48 cancer registries stations in China.The information was got from hospital inpatient medical reports accounting for 93.8%; outpatient data,81.2%;pathological report,89.6%;the certificate of death,91.7%. There were professional technician in all cancer registry stations.The international classification of disease(ICD-9,ICD-10) had been applied to disease classification in 80% cancer registration stations.Computer was used for the data storage ,data analysis and management in 75% cancer registration stations.90% registration data were applied into annual reports and other application.70%registration data had held for over 10 years.But there were still some shortcomings in the registration system,such as insufficient extension and integrity,distributing disproportion,shortage of finance and equipment,and lacking of necessary quality control,etc.So,it should extend the covered area of cancer registration,strengthen training and standardizing and perfecting the system of Chinese cancer registration.
