摘　　要：目的:研究国人锥细胞的正常值特征。方法:利用条状视标的刺激方法,通过颜色对比分离正常人(54眼)锥细胞的闪烁阈值。结果:正常人锥细胞的闪烁阈值与性别、眼别无关,但与年龄因素明显相关。结论:设计了运动觉测量方法,为进一步推广应用建立了正常参考值。AIM: To find out the characteristics of motion perception of cone cells in normal Chinese population.· METHODS: Motion perceptions of cone cells were isolated by color vertical line stimulus displayed on the background and then the flickering threshold of motion perception from cone cells in normal population was measured.· RESULTS: The flickering threshold of motion perception from cones was related with age but was not affected by sex and the different eyes.· CONCLUSION: The motion perception measurement is designed and the corresponding normal referential values are set.·
