传统保健体育课体育能力考核方式的效果分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和归纳法 ,对上海中医药大学的 6 0 0多名大学生进行了调研 ,结果显示 :传统保健体育课设置体育能力考核项目 ,是一种新型的考核评价形式 ,具有科学、合理、先进、有效的特点 ,对提高学生学习兴趣 ,减轻学生心理压力 ,激发学生求知欲望 ,增强学生参与体育活动的信心 ,培养学生实际操作能力和创新能力具有重要作用 ,充分体现了“以人为本”的现代教育思想 ,符合学校体育教学改革坚持“健康第一”的发展方向。This research applies those methods: document searching, interview, questionnaire investigation, statistics and induction to investigate more than 600 university students,the result shows: the item of P.E. abilities examination offered in the traditional P.E. classes of health protection is a new style of examination and assessment, which has those characteristics 'scientific, reasonable, efficient'. It plays an important role in enhancing students' interests in study, relieving students' psychological pressure, inspiring students' learning curiosity, heightening students' confidence of participation in P.E. activities, developing students' actual operating abilities and innovative abilities. It thoroughly embodies modern educational thought 'based on human'. It accords with school P.E. teaching reform stick to developmental direction of 'health first'.
