摘 要:油封真空泵是量大面广的真空产品,其中以旋片泵产量最大。国产旋片泵噪声偏高,其噪声问题成为真空行业亟待解决的问题之一。本文根据有关旋片泵噪声理论,运用行进测试技术对国产2XZ-4、ZX-4泵样机噪声进行了分析和实验研究。结果表明,电机噪声是泵的重要噪声源,应用低噪声电机有利于我国旋片真空泵的降噪,同时证明,噪声大的泵可通过改革泵的结构设计加以解决。The oil-sealed vacuum pumps, especially the rotary vane vacuum pumps, are widely used in many engineering branches. But the rotary vane pumps made at home are often with bigger noise, which is an important prrobiem to be solved most necessarily. Based on the noise theory about vacuum pumps the authors have made analyses and tests on the pumps 2XZ-4 and 2X-4 with advanced testing techniques. The results obtained show that the noise of the motor is an important source. It is very beneficial to reduce the noise of the pumps ff the motors with lower noise are used and the structure of pumps are improved.
