摘　　要：针对现有列车运行监控装置无法反映电力机车作功状况,提出了加装I/f转换器的建议,并阐述了I/f转换器的电路原理、关键技术、技术特点、技术参数及应用效果。The I/f c o nverter is advanced aiming at the existing problems that the train running monit or and recorder can't reflect the operation conditions of electric locomotive.T he converter is expounds from the aspects of circuit principle,key technic,tec hnique characteristics,technology parameters and the application.
