摘　　要：信息的全球化和全球经济的一体化使国际交流和合作在高职院校图书馆现代化建设中的地位日益提高。通过对近年国内高校图书馆国际交流与合作工作的回顾与总结,该文认为,现代图书馆的国际交流与合作工作超越了传统“外事”工作的事务性、单向性,显示了前所未有的双向性、公关性、务实性和战略性。It have made the international communication and collaboration of high-school library modernization construction more and more important that globalization of information and unification of economics all of the world day by day. The author thinks of that international communication and collaboration of modern library has surpassed foreign affair of tradition, through reviewing and summarizing the international communication and collaboration of high-school library last years. It has been bi-directional, public-relation oriented, practical and stratagem.
