摘  要:目的:研究正畸方丝在0.022英寸托槽内转矩余隙角的大小及影响因素。方法:用截距测量法与计算法对几种常用正畸方丝的余隙角进行测量与分析。结果:①钛镍方丝的余隙角明显大于不锈钢方丝;②钛镍方丝边缘斜面半径明显大于不锈钢方丝;③两种方法得到的余隙角没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:①在0.022英寸托槽体系内,宽面为0.025英寸的不锈钢方丝及钛镍方丝每0.001英寸的余隙分别有4°、6°的余隙角;②不锈钢方丝与钛镍方丝余隙角的差异主要是两种材质弓丝边缘斜面不同造成的。钛镍方丝的边缘斜面大于不锈钢方丝。Objective: To research the number of torsional play anlge of orthodontic rectangular arch wires and its factors. Method:To measure ,calculate and analysis the torsional play angle of several orthodontic rectangular arch wires use both method of intercept and method of calculate. Result: 1. The torsion play angle of rectangular nickel - titanium arch wires is larger than that of rectangular stainless steel arch wires evidently. 2. The radius of edge bevel of rectangular nickel - titanium arch wires is larger than that of rectangular stainless steel arch wires evidently. 3. There is no statistical significance between two result of torsion play angle from two methods. (P>0.05). Conclusion:(1)In one 0.022 inch bracket, rectangular stainless steel arch wires and rectangular nickel - titanium arch wires with 0. 025 inch width section have almost 4o and 60 play angle each 0.001 inch play respectively. (2)The reason of difference in play angle of rectangular stainless steel wires and nickel - titanium arch wires is variability of edge bevels of different materials. The radius of edge bevel of rectangular nickel - titanium arch wires is larger than that of stainless steel arch wires.
