Superbond粘结系统对外伤前牙的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:了解Superbond粘结系统对前牙外伤固定的疗效及与牙周健康的关系。方法:将38例患者随机分为牙弓夹板治疗组和Superbond粘结剂治疗组,对患者治疗前后的牙周情况和患者对治疗的舒适性、美观性、疼痛以及牙龈出血等的出现情况进行比较。结果:牙弓夹板治疗组的龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)均值和治疗后患者的适合性、美观性均较Superbond粘结剂治疗组差,有统计学差异;但两组间牙周袋深度(PD)未见显著性差异。结论:superbond粘结系统是一种具有良好应用前景的松动牙固定材料。Objective:To explore the advantage of the Super- bond C& B adhesive system in the treatment of the anterior traumatical luxated teeth and study the potential hazards of the fixation method to the periodontal condition. Method: 38 patients were given dental arch fixation and Superbond adhesive system respectively, and questionnaire of the irritation of the fixation method to patients and periodontal condition index were collected during different office visits. Result:The one-year success rate of the two methods are 100% and 72. 7% respectively, the index of SBI and GI in adhesive- treated patients are higher than that of the dental - arch- treated patients. And subjective evaluation of the treatment showed that adhesive treatment has better aesthetic and comfortableness comparing with the routing methods . Conclusion : The adhesive system has particular advantage in the treatment of the luxated teeth comparing with other routing fixation methods .
