高频超声下灌肠造影对结肠癌分期诊断的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨高频超声下灌肠造影对结肠癌分期与淋巴结转移的应用价值及临床意义。方法　对 12 3例高频超声下灌肠造影诊断结肠癌并有无淋巴结转移 ,并对经肠镜及 (或 )术后病理确诊的病例进行分析研究。结果　12 3例高频超声下灌肠造影诊断结肠癌的符合率 10 0 % ,浸润深度符合率 93% ,淋巴结转移符合率 91%。结论　高频超声下灌肠造影对结肠癌分期与淋巴结转移诊断有很高的准确性 ,对指导临床选择治疗方案和预后判断有重要的价值。Objective To investigate applicable value and clinical meaning of high-frequency ultrasonographic through enema in the staging and lymph node metastasis of colon carcinoma. Methods To analyse 123 cases which were diagnosed as colon carcinoma and lymph node metastasis (or no lymph node metastasis) using high-frequency ultrasonographic through enema and were approved by colonoscopy and (or) pathological diagnosis after operation. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of colon carcinoma,the diagnostic coincidence rates of the infiltrative depth and lymph node metastasis using high-frequency ultrasonographic through enema were 100% ,93% and 91% ,respectively. Conclusions Using high-frequency ultrasonographic through enema,it is high accurateness of staging and lymph node metastasis of colon carcinoma and has important value in guiding to choose clinical treatment project and judging the prognosis. =
