摘　　要：本文针对校园网电子学习系统建设,结合国内外一些学者的思想和笔者从事校园网建设及信息技术与课程教学整合的一些体会、经验.讨论了构建电子学习系统的软硬平台、功能结构、网络安全管理与培训;信息技术整合于课程教学,创建以学习者为中心的学习多元化环境等问题.This article focuses on the development of E-learning system on campus network. It employs the thoughts of experts worldwide and the author's own experiences from campus LAN development and information technology teaching. It discusses the platform construction of software and hardware for E-learning system, the functional structure, the web security management and training work. It applies information technology to teaching and provides a learner-emphasized multi-style environment.
