摘　　要：利用J2EE技术,构建基于B/S构架的客户关系管理系统(CRM)。该系统包括销售自动化(Sales)、市场自动化(Marketing)、服务自动化(Service)、电子商务(e_Business)、系统管理五个子模块。本文详细介绍了系统的体系结构、功能、特点及系统设计与实现的关键技术。Using J2EE technology,Customer Relationship Management based on the Browser/Server(B/S) architecture system(CRM) is built. The system is mainly composed of five sub-systevs; which includes Sales Force Automation, marketing, Service, E-business, System management. The structure, functions, characteristics and key designing and implementing technologies of the system are introduced in detail.
