摘　　要：证券投资基金是一种利益共享、风险共担的集合证券投资方式.作为投资基金的最先进形式,开放式基金的设立将对我国证券市场的发展和完善有着极其重要的推动作用.文章针对开放式证券投资基金的申购、赎回机制,给出了一种确定基金预留现金比例系数的方法,为开放式基金公司的良性运作提供了一个参考.Securities investment funds is an aggregating invest manner of profit and risk sharing. As the most advanced form of investment funds, the instauration of open_end funds will play a important role for the development and the consummation of the securities business in our country. In this paper, based on the purchasing and redeeming mechanism of open_end securities investment funds, a method of ascertaining the obligated cash proportion coefficient is presented and a reference for the fine operation of open_end investment company is offered.
