摘　　要：在网络逐渐成为人们不可或缺的交流工具的今天,许多信息物品被搬上网络并显示出了复杂的知识产权关系。本文依据国家著作权法的精神对网络信息物品形成过程中的各种知识产权关系作了探讨。With the internet becoming more and more popular, many information goods are shifting to the network and their complicated relations in intellectual property have been showed. In the paper, the proprietorship of different types of information goods in the process of making is discussed based on national copy rights law.
