摘　　要：基于数字随动原理,研制出一种低成本、实用性强并可与计算机接口的高速高精度旋转变压器转角测量数字转换电路,介绍了其工作原理与硬件电路;分析了激励信号谐波失真、激励信号与信号之间相移所带来的误差。The high accuracy measurement of angle resolver/digital converter circuit is developed based on digital servo system.This circuit has advantages of being cheap,practial use,high rate,high accuracy and interfacing with computer .The working principle and the hardware circuit are introduced,and the error caused by harmonic distortion of the reference waveform and phase shift between signal and reference is analyzed.
