摘  要:从Z元件的“L”型伏安特性出发,探讨了Z元件的力敏现象,分析了在Z元件进行弯曲受力时产生的六种不同的力与频率的关系曲线。提出了要想使具有力敏现象的Z元件变成有力敏效应的元件必须满足的条件和实现方法。对Z元件的力敏现象进行了新的解释,首次提出了力敏Z元件的“应变-等效电阻”微观工作机理的观点。On the basis of explaining L-form current-voltage characteristic,the force-sensitive phenomenon of Z-element is discussed and it is stated that technological methods and steps must be applied before Z-element is used. Six types of different relation curve between force and frequency are analyzed when Z-element bear bending force. It is presented how to make Z-element having force-sensitive phenomenon become Z-element having force-sensitive effect. At last, a novel view is first advanced about microphysical principle that equivalent resistance varies with change of force. And force-sensitive phenomenon is rationally explained.
