摘　　要：为方便自动抄表系统集成、维护及保护投资,实现电能表通信的互操作性,国际电工委员会制定了IEC62056系列国际标准。本文采用VC++6.0开发工具,设计并实现了遵循该标准的电能表通信程序,并在多功能电能表的数据采集程序中得到了应用。In order to make integration,maintenance and investment protecting of AMR system expediently,and achieve the interoperability of Watt-hour meter communication,IEC established the IEC62056 series international standard.This article introduces the design and implementation of Watt-hour meter communication program based on IEC62056 by VC++6.0,the program has been used in data collection for multifunction water-hour meter.
