摘 要:采集了上海市和大连市的大气气溶胶和土壤样品,应用同位素稀释、高分辨气相色谱/高分辨质谱联用技术检测其中二噁英的含量。结果表明,上海和大连两城市的土壤样品中二噁英总浓度的平均值分别为109.52ng/kg和43.30ng/kg,毒性当量平均值分别为0.63ngI-TEQ/kg和0.66ngI-TEQ/kg;而大气气溶胶样品中二噁英总浓度的平均值分别为55.508pg/m3和19.204pg/m3,毒性当量平均值分别为0.928pgI-TEQ/m3和0.334pgI-TEQ/m3。土壤样品中主要是七氯代和八氯代二噁英,而大气气溶胶样品中主要是低氯代二噁英。Several atmospheric aerosol and soil samples collected at Shanghai and Dalian were analyzed for polychlorinated diben- zo-p-dioxins and polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs)with isotope dilution and high resolution gas chromatography/high resolution mass spectrometry (HRGC/HRMS). For the soil samples from Shanghai and Dalian,the mean concentrations of total PCDD/Fs were 109.25 ng/kg and 43.30 ng/kg respectively,and the mean international toxicity equivalent (I-TEQ)values of total PCDD/Fs were 0.63 ng I-TEQ/kg and 0.66 ng I-TEQ/kg respectively,while for the aerosol samples,the mean concentrations of total PCDD/Fs were 55.508 pg/m3 and 19.204 pg/m3,and the mean total I-TEQ values were 0.928 pg I-TEQ/m3 and 0.334 pg I-TEQ/m3 respectively. The results showed that the predominant congeners in soil samples were hepta-and octa-CDDs,however,in aerosol samples the most predominant congeners were the lower substituted congeners.
