摘　　要：技术文化观念在技术发展中起着隐蔽的但却十分重要的作用,在我国技术现代化过程中有特殊的意义。技术文化观念深刻地影响着技术发展的规模、速度和质量,我国技术发展中的许多问题都有着技术文化观念上的深层原因。阐释了中国传统技术文化观念的特征,中国近现代技术文化观念形成的背景、演变的阶段及过程。分析了传统的技术文化观念对我国现阶段科学技术发展的积极的和消极的两个方面的影响。指出只有总结历史经验教训,发现和消除制约技术发展的思想文化观念因素,才能促进科技创新和科技事业的发展。The techno-cultural idea plays a latent but important role in technological development especially in the process of China's technological modernization. It has been affecting deeply the size, speed and quality of technological development, and various relevant problems are mainly caused by the idea in China. What featured China's traditional techno-cultural idea are discussed, with the developmental background, phases and process of China's contemporary techno-cultural idea expounded. The positive and negative effects of the traditional idea on China's modern scientific and technological development are also discussed. It's of importance to generalize the historical experience so as to find out and eliminate the ideological factors that restrict the technological development, thus promoting China's technological renovation and development.
