环氧合酶2与胃癌分化程度关系的研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察环氧合酶 2 (COX 2 )在胃癌组织中的表达与其临床病理特征的关系。方法 :将 82例胃癌组织切片分别进行HE和免疫组化染色 ,用 χ2 检验方法分析。结果 :COX 2主要存在于胃癌细胞的胞浆中 ,胃癌组织中表达率 87.80 % ,过表达率 6 5 .2 8%。结论 :胃癌组织中COX 2的过表达率与胃癌细胞的分化程度明显相关。Objective: To investigate cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) expression in gastric cancer and its relationship with clinical-pathological features. Methods:Serial tissue samples were stained with HE for routine pathological examination and stained with COX-2 polyclonal antibody for immunohistochemical examination. Results:We found COX-2 protein mainly in cytoplasm of gastric cancer cells. The rates of COX-2 expression and overexpression were 87.80 percent and 65.28 percent respectively. Conclusion:The overexpression of COX-2 protein is related with differentiation of cancer cells.
