摘　　要：经营好次生林生态系统是迅速扩大森林资源、实施森林资源可持续发展的主要策略。通过定义低质低效次生林的概念,分析次生林生态系统经营的意义和必要性,综述次生林改造的现状,指出了低质低效次生林改造的主要发展方向。Management of secondary forest eco-system is the main tactics for increasing forest resources rapidly and promoting the sustaining development of forest resources. The paper points out the main developing directions of inferior secondary forest transformation by means of defining the concept of inferior secondary forest,and analysing the importance of secondary forest transformation, and summarizing the conditions of secondary forest transformation.
