摘 要:目的探讨人体残肢上臂神经的相互协调关系。方法以自制微电极直接插入残肢上臂三大神经的神经束中作为记录电极,以神经束外微电极作参考电极,远端连接肌电图仪,患者用脑意识控制患肢动作,分析各组电信号。结果模拟腕伸时桡神经电位波幅较正中神经和尺神经高。模拟腕屈时以正中神经和尺神经电位频率略高。结论支配始动肌的神经较支配拮抗肌的放电活跃。神经束内微电极可提供周围神经更多的信息。Objective To study the coordination of nerves in the human amputation stump of the upper arm. Methods A self designed microelectrode was inserted as recording electrode into the fascicles of the three major nerves in the amputation stump of the upper arm while a microelectrode was placed outside the fascicle as the reference electrode. All distal ends were coupled to the electromyograph. When the patient performed various kinds of limb actions with consciousness, the signals were analyzed. Results When wrist extension simulated, the amplitude of action potential waveform of radial nerve was higher than that of median and ulnar nerve. When wrist flexion simulated, the frequency of action potential waveform of median and ulnar nerve was higher.Conclusion Since the nerve controlling initiative muscle produces action potential more actively than that controlling antagonist, intrafascicular microelectrodes can serve as a method of providing peripheral nerve more information.
