摘 要:目的 探讨高度近视眼的视网膜血流变化。方法 对 2 0例 (4 0只眼 )高度近视眼患者分别进行共焦扫描激光多普勒视网膜血流分析仪 (Heidelberg retina flowm eter,HRF)检查。结果 高度近视组颞上视盘旁视网膜的血流量、流速及红细胞移动速率均低于正常对照组 ,二者比较差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;而颞下、鼻上、鼻下视盘旁视网膜的血流量、流速、红细胞移动速率比较差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;将颞上与颞下、鼻上与鼻下视盘旁视网膜的血流检测参数平均后发现 ,高度近视组颞侧视网膜的血流量、流速及红细胞移动速率均低于正常对照组 ,二者比较差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;而鼻侧视网膜的血流量、流速、红细胞移动速率比较差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 高度近视眼中视盘颞侧旁视网膜灌注明显降低 。Objective To discuss the blood flow of retina in high myopia.Methods Heidelberg retina flowmeter(HRF) was used to measure the blood flow of retina of 20 patients (40 eyes) with high myopia.Results The blood flow volume(VOL),blood flow velocity (FLW) and the erythrocyte flow velocity (VEL) of superior temporal peripapillary retina in high myopia reduced than those of control subjects,they have very extent difference in statistics (P<0.01).But VOL,FLW and VEL of inferior temporal,inferior nasal and superior nasal peripapillary retina have not extent difference in satistics (P>0.05).VOL,FLW and VEL of temporal peripapillary retina in high myopia were reduced than those of control subjects,they have very extent difference in statistics (P<0.01).But VOL,FLW and VEL of nasal peripapillary retina have not extent difference in satistics (P>0.05).Conclusions The blood perfusion of temporal peripapillary retina reduced in high myopia,led to abnormal circulation of the temporal retina.
