大剂量顺铂和氟尿嘧啶/亚叶酸钙合甲羟孕酮治疗晚期胃肠腺癌

摘　　要：目的 :观察大剂量顺铂 (HD DDP)、亚叶酸钙 (CF)、氟尿嘧啶 (5 Fu)并用甲羟孕酮 (MPA)治疗晚期胃肠道腺癌的效果及不良反应。方法 :应用HD DDP加 5 Fu/CF加MPA治疗晚期胃肠腺癌 37例。结果 :CR 0例 ,PR 1 5例 ,CR加PR 4 0 .5 % ;不良反应主要是恶心、呕吐、Ⅱ度以上占 2 4 .3% ,只有 2例BUN升高。结论 :HD DDP加 5 Fu/CF加MPA方案治疗晚期胃肠腺癌有一定疗效 ,不良反应轻微 。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effect of high dose of cisplatin(HD DDP) combined with fluorouracil(5 Fu)/leucovorin(CF) plus medroxyprogesterone acetate(MPA) on advanced gastric and colorectal adenocarcinoma.Methods:Twenty three cases of advanced gastric adenocarcinoma cases and 14 cases of advanced colorectal adenocarcinoma were treated with HD DDP+5 Fu/CF+MPA regimen.Results:Effectiveness was noted in 10 cases in gastric adenocarcinoma group and 5 cases in the other;the overall responses rate(CR+PR) was 40.5% and 35.7% respectively.The main side effects were nausea and vomiting,which reached degree Ⅱ or higher(24.3%).BUN elevation was observed only in two cases.Conclusions:HD DDP+5 Fu/CF+MPA regimen proves to be effective and its side effects are slight and endurable.
