外伤性白内障人工晶状体睫状沟植入解剖学研究

摘　　要：目的　从解剖学角度确定巩膜表面对应于睫状沟的位置以及确定进针方向 ,以保证外伤性白内障人工晶状体巩膜缝线固定的效果。方法　利用 2 1只尸眼观察角膜缘与睫状沟的对应关系 ;应用超声生物显微镜 (UBM)观察外伤性白内障后囊破裂后睫状沟的解剖学特点。结果　角膜缘与睫状沟的对应关系 :睫状沟在水平经线位于角膜缘后 (0 47± 0 12 )mm ,垂直经线位于角膜缘后 (0 85± 0 13 )mm。外伤性白内障后囊破裂后 ,虹膜多与残存的后囊周边粘连 ,将睫状沟包裹。结论　准确地掌握睫状沟定位和进针方向 ,同时分离后粘连的虹膜 ,并联合前段玻璃体切除 ,方可保证人工晶状体两个袢 。ObjectiveTo provide a anatomical basis for P C-IOL implantation in traumatic cataracts with no posterior capsule.MethodsTo observe anatomical characteristic of ciliary sulcus an d limbus in 2 fresh corpus eyes,and study the sulcus anatomy in patients of trau matic cataracts with ruptured posterior capsule by UBM.ResultsThe sulcus were 0.47±0.12mm far from the limbus on hor icontal direction,and 0 85±0 13mm on vertical plane.In cases of traumatic cat aracts,the ruptured posterior capsule usually adhere to iris.ConclutionUnderstanding of the anatomical position of the sulc us,iridolysis and anterior vitrectomy will make a good sulcus fixation.
