摘　　要：的　探讨羟基磷灰石 (hydroxyapatiteHA)眶内植入术并发症类型、发生原因及防治方法。方法　对 54眼行Ⅰ期(44眼 )或Ⅱ期 (10眼 )HA植入术 ,其中眼内容摘除 3 4眼 ,眼球摘除 2 0眼。结果　随访 3～ 17月 ,主要并发症有上睑下垂 4眼(7 4% ) ,眼座暴露 6眼 (11 1% ) ,经治疗后 ,最后治愈率 98%。结论　HA眶内植入术可能有许多并发症和多方面原因 ,但经预防和适当治疗 ,仍能取得满意效果 。ObjectiveTo explore the clinic classification ,cause and prevention of the complications associated with hydroxyapatite intra o bital implants.Methods54 patients were received the hydroxyap atite implant on primary or second phase,of which 20 eyeballs were enucleated an d 34 eyes were eviscerated.ResultsThey had been followed-up for 3-17 months after the operations and the main complications were ptosis in 4 ey es (7.4%) and artificial eyes' exposure in 6 eyes (11 1%).After treatment,the f i nal cure probability was 98%.ConclusionThe classification and cause of the complications were not single.The satisfactory results were obtaine d after the complications were controlled by appropriate prevention and manageme nt.We should advocate the evisceration of eyeball associated with hydroxyapatite intraobital implant on primary phase.
