白内障青光眼联合手术表面麻醉的效果评价

摘　　要：目的　评价白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术表面麻醉的临床效果。方法　对 3 4例 (40眼 )青光眼合并白内障在 2 %利多卡因表面麻醉下行白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术 ,观察术中反应及术后效果。结果　所有患者术中均能很好配合 ;术后 2 4眼 (60 % )视力≥ 0 5,影响术后视力的原因主要是眼底病变。随访 3～ 2 4月 ,3 1眼术后眼压在正常范围 ,平均 (15 89± 3 0 2 )mmHg ,8眼加用 β 本阻滞剂后眼压控制 ,视野无进行性损害。结论　表面麻醉下行白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术安全、快速、经济、有效。Objective To evaluate the effect of topical anesthesia in phacoemulsification and intraocu lar lens implantation and trabeculectomy.Methods34 cases(40 eye s)received 2% lidocaine topical anesthesia in phacoemulsification and intraocula r lens implantation and trebeculectomy were observed and analysed during and af ter the operation.ResultsAll of the 40 eyes were operated with topical anesthesia.The vision of 24 eyes(60%) was over or equal 0.5. The main c auses of low vision were diseases of fundus oculi.Followed up 3 to 24 months,the intraocular pressure was (15 89±3 02)mmHg in 31 cases(77 5%),the intraocul ar pressure of 8 eyes was controlled with β-receptor blocker.Conclutio nTopical anesthesia is safer,more quickly and effectively in phacoemul sification and intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy to skilled docto rs.
