健肾片对IgA肾病模型大鼠肾组织LNFN局部沉积的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨健肾片治疗IgA肾病的机理。方法 :采用口服牛血清白蛋白和葡萄球菌肠毒素B感染的复合方法 ,复制大鼠IgA肾病模型 ,并分别给予健肾片和雷公藤多甙片治疗 ,根据染色程度半定量分析各组肾组织内LN、FN的含量。结果 :健肾片对IgA肾病模型肾组织中LN、FN的沉积具有明显的抑制作用。结论 :健肾片可明显抑制IgA模型肾组织中LN。Objective:To explore the effective mechanism of Jianshen Tablet on IgAN.Methods:The models of the rat with IgAN were set up by the compound way of BSA p o.and SEB injection.They were treated with Jianshen Tablet and CTW respectively.Their LN,FN accumulation in renal tissue were assessed by semiquantitative analysis according to the degree of their pigmentation under light microscope.Results:Jianshen Tablet significantly inhibited LN and FN accumulation in renal tissue in the models with IgAN.Conclusion:Inhibiting LN and FN accumulation in renal tissue is the one of effective mechanism of Jianshen Tablet on treating IgAN.
