老年心血管病患者拔牙术的多参数监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:依据观测结果进行分析,为老年心血管病患者安全拔牙提供参考。方法:选择经内科诊断为各类高血压和心脏病需要拔牙的老年患者206例。采用HPViridiaM3多参数监护仪,在术前测量血压、心率、心电图、脉搏、血氧饱和度作为参照,对比观察局麻后、拔牙中、拔牙后患者各项结果的变化。结果:本文206例中,9～11%出现血压升高及心率加快,3%出现心电图一过性异常的改变,1～2%出现心律失常;3～4%血氧饱和度降低。结论:监测各参数异常变化的“预警”作用是十分必要的。Objective: To analysis the monitioring results of aged patients with cardiovascular diseases during the extraction of teeth. Methods: 206 aged people who needed teeth extraction were selected from the patients with hypertension and cardiopathy.The change of blood pressure,electrocardiogram,heartbeat,and SpO2 was observed by multiple parameter monitoring device. Results: Of all the patients'parameters,9～11% were rising blood pressure or fast heartbeat , 1～2% were arrhythmia, 3% were abnormal cardiograms, 3～4% were declining of SpO2. Conclusion: Application of monitoring is very necessary to danger forecast
