白内障超声乳化吸出术病人角膜水肿的观察及护理

摘　　要：[目的 ]减少老年性白内障超声乳化术后的并发症。 [方法 ]对 476例 498眼老年性白内障手术病人加强角膜观察、做好专科护理及生活护理。 [结果 ] 418眼老年性白内障手术病人出现角膜水肿。其中 ,轻度角膜水肿 2 66眼 ,2d内全部恢复透明 ;中度角膜水肿 77眼 ,6d内消退恢复透明 ;重度角膜水肿 75眼 ,66眼 6d～ 12d内消退恢复透明 ,9眼 4周消退恢复透明。 75眼重度角膜水肿者晶体核硬度均为Ⅴ级核。 [结论 ]晶体核硬度与术后角膜水肿的轻重密切相关 ,术后做好角膜观察及护理 ,可防止大泡性角膜病变的发生。Objective:reducing the postoperative complications of senile catarct patients after accepted ultraemulsification. Method: a total of 498 eyes of 476 senile catarct patients were selected. Corneas of all patients were observed closely. Patients were given special and living care. Results: a total of 418 eyes of patients developed corneal edema in different degrees. Among which, 266 eyes had developed mild corneal edema and recovered to transparency within 2 days. 77 eyes of patients had developed moderate corneal edema and recovered to transparency within 6 days. The other 75 eyes of patients had developed severe corneal edema and only 66 eyes of patients recovered to transparency within 6～12 days. Another 9 eyes of patients recovered to transparency until 4 weeks after their operation. All 75 eyes with severe corneal edema, the lens of nucleus were Ⅴ grade of hardness. Conclusion: the hardness of the lens of nucleus of patients correlated closely with their postoperative corneal edema. Therefore, one should observe corneas closely after operation and give special nursing care to them in order to prevent bullous keratopathy from happening.
