摘　　要：就业指导是帮助大学生顺利就业的重要手段。开设就业指导课是进行就业指导的重要内容和关键环节。本文结合实际,探讨了开设就业指导课的重要性,分析了当前存在的主要问题,提出了在以后工作中必须解决的几个问题,以全面建立就业指导的优良教学体系。The guide to employment is an important means which helps the college students to get jobs effectively and the offer of the course.'9A Guide to Employment of College Sutdent' is the key section in the process of guideing students to know more about employment. Based on the status quo, the essay talks about the important of the offer of this course and some existing problems in this aspect. meanwhile, it focuses on how to solve these urgent problems to perfect the all-sided education system in guiding students to get good jobs.
