爆裂性眶壁骨折的手术治疗探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨眼眶壁爆裂性骨折手术治疗的方法和效果。方法总结我院1998年8月～2002年1月间因眼眶壁爆裂性骨折而行修复手术治疗的病例68例70眼。结果 52例眼球运动障碍患者中,31例眼动恢复正常,复视消失;其中伤后2wk内手术者21眼,占75%(21/28);2 wk～2月者8眼,占25.6%(8/31);超过2月者2眼,占18.1%(2/11);超过2 wk以上者眼球内陷的术前均值3.5 mm,术后均值1.5 mm,明显改善。结论伴有复视、眼球运动障碍的眼眶壁爆裂性骨折应尽早手术治疗。Purpose To study the therapy methods for orbital blowout fractures. Methods 68 cases(70 eyes) of orbital blowout fractures were treated by surgery from Aug. 1998 to Jan.2002. Results 52 cases of the diplopia disappeared in 31 cases, including 75 % of cases treated within 2 weeks, 25.6 % of cases treated from 2 weeks to 2 months, and 18.1,% of cases treated after 2 months.The enophthalmos was from the mean of 3.5 mm befere surgery back to 1.5 mm after surgery in the cases treated later than 2 weeks. Conclusion The results showed that early operation was better than the late one in orbital blowout fractures with diplopia and/or disfunction of muscles.
