Array多焦点人工晶状体植入术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察超声乳化白内障吸出及Array多焦点人工晶状体植人术的临床效果。方法对28例32眼老年性白内障患者行超声乳化吸出及Array多焦点人工晶状体植入术,术后观察远、近视力的情况。结果患者术后远视力≥1.0者26眼占81.25%,0.8者5眼占15.63%,0.6者1眼占3.13%。术后近视力,Jaeger4者5眼占15.63%,Jaeger3者9眼占28.13%,Jaeger2以上者18眼占56.25%。结论 Array多焦点人工晶状体植入术后患者远、近视力均较理想,无需配戴眼镜,是治疗老年性白内障的有效方法。Purpose To obeserve the effects of phacoemulsification and the Array multifocal intraocular lens implantation. Methods The operations were performed on 32 eyes of 28 patients with senile cataracts. The discussion was focused on the distant vision and near vision of the patients. Results Post-operatively. the distant visions were 1.0 or better in 26 eyes (81.25%),0.8 in 5 eyes (15.63%), and 0.6 in 1 eyes (3.13%); the near visions were Jaeger 4 in 5 eyes (15.63%), Jaeger 3 in 9 eyes (28.13%),and Jaeger 2 or better in 18 eyes (56.25%) .Conclusion The effects of Arrary multifocal intraocular lens are ideal. Postoperative distant and near visions are clear. The patients needn' t wear glasses. It is an effective method for the treatment of senile cataract.
