摘　　要：目的　探讨高压氧 (HBO)综合治疗牙周炎在老年人群中的作用。方法　选择 31例老年牙周病患者总共纳入 16 2颗患牙。所有患者首先进行专业的龈上治疗 ,以后按牙周袋深度将患牙分为A、B、C三组 ,然后用HBO治疗。治疗前后分别检查患牙的各牙周临床参数 ,包括GI、SBI、PD和TM。结果　除了C组患牙TM参数治疗前后的差异没有统计学意义 ,HBO治疗后A、B、C各组GI、SBI、PD、TM的变化均具有显著性差异。结论　HBO对控制牙周炎症消除临床症状具有显著作用 。Objective To study the effect of HBO on human periodontitis in the aged to provide evidence for HBO use in clinic Methods 31 old patients with periodontis were included After supra gingival scaling,they were exposed to HBO Before and after HBO therapy several periodontal indices of 162 teeth were measured Results Except TM of group C has no significant difference all the periodontal indices of group A?B?and C have significant differences before and after HBO therapy Conclusion HBO therapy is effective on the aged with periodontitis It may be an important technigue of non-operative treatment
