同期区域灌注加经尿道汽化治疗晚期膀胱癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　寻求治疗晚期膀胱癌和预防复发的手段。方法　治疗组 :2 0例 ,行双髂内动脉置永久性药泵区域灌注化疗药物加经尿道肿瘤汽化治疗膀胱癌。对照组 :2 0例 ,行经尿道肿瘤汽化治疗膀胱癌加全身化疗。结果　随访 10个月至 3年。治疗组 :19例无瘤生存 ,1例复发。对照组 :10例无瘤生存 ,10例复发 ,共计 15次 ,2例死亡。不良反应表现为白细胞轻微下降 ,尿路刺激症状及大腿根部疼痛。结论　双髂内动脉置永久性药泵区域灌注化疗药物加经尿道肿瘤汽化治疗膀胱癌方法 ,既缩短了手术时间 ,减轻了对病人的损伤 ,拓宽了治疗晚期膀胱癌范围 ,又降低或延缓了肿瘤复发的时间 ,还减轻了化疗的不良反应。Objective To find a method of treating and preventing recurrence of advanced bladder cancer. Method All patients were divided into treating-group and controling group. Treating-group:20 cases. To inter iliac artery inject anti-cancer drugs after patients being performed embedding a tube in inter iliac artery and being performed TUV-Bt.Controling-group:20 cases were injected anti-cancer drugs itravenously after being performed TUV-Bt. Results In 1～3years follow-up period, Treating-group 19 cases living without cancer,1 case recurring. Controling-group 10 cases living without cancer, 10 case recurring, the total 15 order,2 cases died. Conclusions The treatment of iliac artery inject anti-cancer drugs after patients being performed embedding a tube in the iliac artery and performed TUV-Bt treated later period cancer of bladder, reduce operation times, side effects and reduced recurrance rate, prolonged the recurrance times.
