胆囊息肉样病变的超声诊断

摘　　要：目的 :探讨超声对胆囊息肉样病变的诊断价值。方法 :使用SSH 14 0A ,LOGIQ2 0 0型超声诊断仪 ,对 62例胆囊息肉样病变的患者进行检查。结果 :5 9例经手术、病理证实 ,3例漏诊或误诊 ,超声检出率为95 16% ;其中良性病变 5 7例 ,恶性病变 5例 ,3 6例为胆固醇性息肉 ;12例为炎性息肉 ;9例为腺瘤 ;腺瘤恶变2例 ;腺癌 3例。结论 :超声对胆囊息肉的诊断有较高价值。Objective: To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound for polypoid lesion of gallbladder(PLG).Methods: 62 cases of PLG were examined by using SSH-140A,LOGIQ200 type of ultra sound instrument.Results: All cases were proved by operation or pathology,3 cases in them misdiagnosis or maldiagnosis.The rate of detection was 95.16%.36 cases were polyp made up of cholesterol,12 cases were infammatory polyp,9 cases were adenoma,2 cases were malignant chang of adenoma and 3 cases were adenocarcinoma.Conclusion: Ultrasound has high value in determining the nature of the PLG.
