摘　　要：目的 :开发出一套运行于Windows操作系统 ,建立昆明医学院口腔正畸电子病历 .方法 :采用VisualBasic 6 0 ,在中文Windows 98平台下 .结果 :开发和建立昆明医学院口腔正畸电子病历 ,包括文本文件及大量的数字化正畸影像资料电子档案管理和计算机化的诊断分析、评价系统 .结论 :该系统功能强大 ,具有快捷、准确、全面的采集资料和强大的资料编辑、存贮、统计、查询、管理功能 ,为口腔正畸临床工作者提供了一种计算机化的崭新的病案管理模式 。PIII 700 computer, the program was designed based on visual basic 6.0, working under Window 98. This system makes it possible to integrate various types of data, such as the patient's basic information, treatment records, image data and diagnostic analysis results to construct a relational database. It has been shown that the computer system developed in the orthodontic clinic has various clinical advantages. This system improves highly the efficiency and accuracy of clinic diagnosis and case history management, and may be widely used in clinical practice research and teaching in orthodontics.
