摘　　要：磁性固位系统应用于口腔修复临床几十年来 ,效果良好 ,被国内、外学者认为是改善修复体固位的有效手段 .笔者对近Magnetic retentive system is considered as an effective approach to improve the rentention of prosthesis both at home and abroad, which has been applied in prosthodontic clinic for many decades and achieved very good results. In this article, the author reviewed the literature about the rententive forces and masticatory efficiency of the magnets retained prosthesis as well as its protective effects on oral support tissues.
