摘  要:采用快步行走锻炼的方式,指导20名45~60岁女教职人员进行了1年的快步行走,对测定锻炼前后的安静时心率和运动时心率、体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)及心理测试进行比较,结果显示:长期坚持强度适中、持续时间较长的快步行走,能增强中老年女性心脏功能、改善WHR、减少脂肪、瘦体重增加、增强体质,对防治心血管系统疾病和心理健康能产生良好的影响。20 female teachers and staff members aged from 45 to 60 of Nanjing Normal University are guided to walk fast for one year in this study. By comparing pulse, blood pressure, body measure index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR) and psychological tests made in the rest period and those in motion time before the training with those after the training respectively, it shows that persisting in walking fast with moderate intensity for quite a long time can promote the function of heart, improve WHR, decrease fat, restrict the increase of body weight, promote health and have a good effect on mental health and prevent and cure cardiovascular diseases.
