摘　　要：在企业认证的交流活动中,谈及较多的话题是如何更有效地实施管理体系整台认证。某些企业建立了多个管理体系,由于没有将其整台.使企业不但增加经营成本,而且降低工作效率,这有悖于建立管理体系的初衷。本文介绍了ISO9001、IS014001、OHSAS18001质量、环境和职业安全卫生管理体系的结构及特点,建立和实施整合的步骤及方法,并以广日电梯为范例叙述综合型管理体系的应用。When we exchange the experience of qualifying the management system of enterprises, the topic we talk most is how to carry out the qualification of the comprehensive management system. Some enterprises have established several management systems, but not only increased the cost, but also lowered the work efficiency mainly because they didn't consolidate their management systems, thus disobeyed their original intention. This article introduces the structure and characteristics of ISO9001 (quantity), ISO14001 (environment) and OHSAS18001 (safety and health) management systems, the steps and methods of establishing, combination and putting the comprehensive system into practice, and describe the application of the comprehensive management system taking Guangzhou Guangri Elevator Industry Co., Ltd as the example.
