思利巴对斜视性弱视立体视重建影响的探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨思利巴对斜视性弱视立体视重建的影响和作用。方法　 3 8例弱视基本治愈、斜视矫正治愈的斜视性弱视儿童随机分成两组。对照组 :用弱视治疗仪 (微型光刷闪烁仪 )、双眼视觉训练仪 ;服药组 :用弱视治疗仪 (微型光刷闪烁仪 )、双眼视觉训练仪 ,加服思利巴。治疗 3个月 ,观察治疗后第 3个月、 6个月的结果 ;用颜氏近立体图检查中心抑制暗点、立体视。结果　服药组暗点的消失、立体视功能的改善较对照组有显著差异 ;每组第 3个月、 6个月的结果无显著差异(P >0 0 5 )。结论　思利巴有助于立体视功能的改善 ,其机理可能是解除了视觉抑制 ;立体视功能改善后可以维持。Objective To explore the effect of SI LI BA on reestablishing stereoscopic vision for strabismic amblyopia.Methods 38 children whose amblyopia and strabismus had been cured were divided into two groups in random.The control group had been treated by the curative instrument of amblyopia (micro-light-brush)and the training instrument of binocular vision for three months.Besides the two training instruments,the medicine group had been treated by SI LI BA for three months.Following at the third month and the sixth month,we used the Yan′s near random-dot stereogram to examine the scotoma and stereoscopic vision.Results The medicine group was better than the control group on the improvement of scotoma and stereoscopic vision.The improvement of scotoma and stereoscopic vision hasn′t statistical difference between the third month and the sixth month(P>0.05).Conclusions SI LI BA is helpful to improve stereoscopic vision.Reducing binocular suppression maybe is its mechanism.The improvement of stereoscopic vision can maintain.
