石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定蔬菜中铅、镉的含量

摘　　要：选择 8种新鲜蔬菜 ,用硝酸 -高氯酸消解后以石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定其中铅、镉的含量。对测定的工作条件和样品的预处理方法进行了探讨。铅、镉的线性回归方程分别为A =0 .0 0 0 6 2c+0 .0 0 4 ,A =0 .0 0 3 6 6c +0 .0 35 0 ,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为 5 .99%、5 .33% ,回收率分别为 88.5 %、10 7% ,检出限分别为 2 .2 4、0 .4 72 μg/kg。Lead and cadmium in eight kinds of fresh vegetables were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry after being digested with nitric acid - perchloric acid. The operating conditions in process and specimen pretreatment method were discussed. The linear regression equations of the method for Pb and Cd are A=0.00062c+0.004 and A=0.00366c+ 0.0350 . The relative standard deviations are 5.99% and 5.33%, the recoveries are 88.5% and 107%. The detection limits are 2.24 μg /kg and 0.472 μg/kg respectively.
