摘　　要：目的　总结探讨急性肾功能衰竭 (ARF)的诊断及治疗经验。方法　回顾性分析 86例ARF患者进行内科综合治疗 ,联合血液净化治疗的疗效。结果　治愈 77例 ( 89.5 % ) ,多脏器功能衰竭 (MSOF) 6例 ,其中死亡 5例 ( 5 .8% ) ,4例 ( 4 .6% )转为慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF) ,需长期维持透析。结论　早期诊断及内科综合治疗联合血液净化治疗ARF ,疗效好 ,对抢救ARF具有重大意义。Objective To investigate and summerize the therapy of ARF.Methods Retrospective analysis was on 86 patients with ARF who undermention integrative medicine therapy and hemodialysis.Results 77patients was cured (the rate was 89.5%),5 patiants was died(the rate 5.8%),4 patients changed into CRF and needed perennial hemodialysis (the rate was 4.6%).Conclusions Intergrative internal medicine therapy combining hemodialysis is a superior method for the treatment of ARF .It has an outstanding significance in salvaging the patients with ARF.
