愈胃颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎128例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察愈胃颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 :将观察对象分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组使用愈胃颗粒 ,对照组使用阿莫西林、甲硝唑、丽珠得乐、叶酸。结果 :两组有效率比较 ,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 ,二者有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 1年后随访 ,复发率比较 ,两组有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗前后胃腺体萎缩程度、IM病理分级、ATP比较 ,治疗组均明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。两组HP根除率比较 ,治疗组明显高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :愈胃颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效肯定。Purpose: To observe the therapeutic effectiveness. Method: The patients were divided into the treated group and the controlled group. The former were treated by Yuwei Guanule while the latter by amoxicillin bismuth potassium citrate, metronidazole, folic acid. Result: In the effective rate, the therapeutic effectiveness of the treated group was evidently superior to that of the controlled group, there was remarkable difference (P<0.05);In the follow-up survey a year later, there was more remarkable difference (P<0.01) in the recurrence rate. Before and after the treatment, in the atrophy degree of gastric glands, IM pathological grading, and ATP, the treated group was evidently superior to the controlled group (P<0.05). The treated group was higher than the controlled group in the HP eradication rate. There was remarkable difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yuwei Granule has the definite therapeutic effectiveness to the atrophic gastritis.
