摘　　要：工程应用型本科所培养的人才素质 ,反映其办学特色 ,是该类学校存在发展的依据。工程应用型本科教育立足工程师的培养 ,其人才的素质构架应该具有通用性、规范性。实施务实严谨的、有弹性的教育方式 ,有利于学校较好地完成工程师毛坯训练 。The qualities of talent cultivated by application-oriented institute reflect their running features, and are the foundation of their existence and development. Application-oriented institute bases themselves on the cultivation of engineer and the framework of talent's qualities should possess universality and standardization. The effective, precise and elastic educational way will benefit institute's better accomplishment of the primary engineer training and approval of the society.
