摘　　要：信息化生产方式的产生会给人类的伦理带来诸多新变动、新发展和新要求 ,因此 ,科学地分析信息化生产方式的产生对资本的益与忧 ,正确地看待信息化生产方式与马克思主义伦理发展的关系是我们必须面临的任务。The emergence of the mode of production of information will bring many new changes, new development and new requirements, so it is the task we must face with that to analyze scientifically the emerging of the mode of production of information to advantages and disadvantages of the capital, and to treat rightly the relation of the emergence of the mode of production of information to the development of Marxism ethic.
