摘  要:随着ERP高端市场的逐渐饱和以及我国中小型企业的迅猛发展,可以预见,在今后的几年时间里,中小型ERP市场必将成为中外ERP厂商争夺的焦点。我国ERP厂商要在激烈的竞争中为自己赢得更好的发展前景应主要针对中小企业的特点,从企业建模和业务组件理论结合、“本土化”优势、竞争合作、量化分析以及与电子商务的整合等五个方面提出对策。Along with the gradual saturation of high end of the ERP market, and with the soaring development of our country抯 small and medium enterprises, we can predict that the small and medium ERP market will be the central contest point of native and foreign ERP corporations in the following years. So, how will the native ERP corporations gain their brilliant future in so fierce a contest? Aimed at the characteristics of small and medium enterprises, the authors of this thesis give some advice to them based on the following five aspects: the combination of the theories of enterprise modelization and business components, the advantages of 搉ativity? contest cooperation, digital analyses and integration with electronic businesses. Along with the self-consummation of native small and medium enterprises, and the ERP suppliers?unceasing rational exploitation, the perspective of our country抯 small and medium ERP market must be flourishing and prosperous.
