脑中风血清T_3、T_4、rT_3皮质醇水平探讨

摘　　要：测定65例脑中风(脑出血40例,脑梗塞35例)病人甲状腺激素及皮质醇含量。结果出现T_3、rT_3、皮质醇与正常对照有明显差异(P<0.001),同时与病情程度有关。甲状腺激素及皮质醇含量的测定对判断病情和治疗有一定参考价值。The contents of serum T_3, T_4, rT_3 and cortisol were determined in 65 cases with cerebral apoplexy (cerebral hemorrhage of and 25 cases of cerebral infarction 25 cases) using radioimmunoassay. The results suggested that difference of contents of serum T_3,rT_3 and cortisol between cerebral apoplexy group and control was significant (p<0.001)and related to condition of patients. The detection of thyroxine and cortisol was valuable for determination of condition of patients and treatment.
